Salesforce is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Essentially, it is spreadsheets on steroids for companies. Salesforce is highly customizable to support almost any business process and can do so extremely efficently. Once you learn Salesforce, you will be able to create incredible business value by revolutionizing business processes for many companies across most industries.

Entry-level jobs with Salesforce have a salary on average of $65k-80k. In-house employees typically making less while consultants making considerably more.

A Salesforce professional with 2-4 years of experience can expect to make between $100k-$150k. There are many specializations that pay well above that. Some of these specialization do not require any coding knowledge.

This program takes you from knowing almost nothing about Salesforce to landing a job making a salary of at least $60k. We provide you a clear path to best learn what employers are looking for, how to get employers to reach out to you, and how to interview well.

Landing a Salesforce job takes about 4 months on average through this program. Program participants have gotten work within two weeks of hearing about Salesforce even without any background in Information Technology. Program particpants are typically working a full-time job with signficant responsibilties. Working towards a job in Salesforce about an hour everyday is typical for time commitment for program members to have success.

Program alumni typically start their Salesforce careers as using Salesforce directly for companies as an in-house resource to manage their Salesforce. Program alumni also often work as consultants in many different industries. Most alumni have no coding experience and do not need to learn to code because most admin jobs only require an understanding of how the system works. Once you have that down then Salesforce has all the tools needed for you to be successful.

This program is geared towards coaching people who are new to Information Technology and have completed High School. You are a great match if you are starting out your career or want to change your career after decades into the flexible, lucative, and indemand ecosystem of Salesforce. Ideally you would be able to spend about 1.5 hours a day on this. Most program members focus their hours on the weekends.
